Common Sense Government is a forum for political and social commentary that attempts to strip aside the facade of special interest groups and expose proposals and programs for what they really are and how they will affect the average citizen.
Our purpose is to look behind the rhetoric, so that the public can evaluate the merits, weigh the cost, and reach an independent informed decision. We believe that a well informed public will reject proposals that do not benefit all and will remove existing programs that no longer serve the best interest of the general public. We welcome your comments and encourage your input.
